Roden Boydell are members of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents scheme, whose code of conduct has been approved by the Office of Fair Trading.

As part of the Code of Practise for residential sales, the Ombudsman for Estate Agents are required to undertake surveys to demonstrate its members are complying with the Code of Practise. The independent surveys are carried out by Referenceline on behalf of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents.
