Feedback
We believe feedback is important. Whilst your home is on the market, we will telephone you every Monday to discuss the results of your previous weeks viewings. We will endeavour to follow up all prospective buyers who have viewed your home and provide you with accurate feedback.
Keeping You Updated
Once a sale has been agreed on your property, we will send you a step by step guide that explains very clearly, the various legal procedures involved throughout the moving process. This guide will help you follow the progress your buyer is making.
We will review the progress made by your buyer on a weekly basis and keep you informed by email of all the key developments as they happen.

Energy Performance Certificate
As you may be aware, you are required by law to ensure that an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) has been commissioned before you can legally market your property. To facilitate this, Roden Boydell can order an EPC for you from one of our EPC providers.
